Application Packages
What are Application Packages?
They are groups of pre-configured imaging routines which allow users
to get results fast, with very little input. Set up your camera, load up the selected
routine from an application package, modify the routine and then click start. You can
easily get the data you need in a matter of seconds!
Fields of application include materials science, pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
All existing Application Packages are optional for Clemex Vision PE and Vision Lite users .
Grain Size Analysis
The applications that have been configured include dark grains with
light phase at the boundaries, duplex grains with inclusions, elongated grains with dark
outlines, incomplete grains with dark outlines, light grains with dark outlines, solid grains with
various grey levels, solid grains with various colours (hue).
The parameters measured include area, ASTM E112, average area, mean horizontal and vertical chord,
ASTM E112 Heyn method and more...
Phase Analysis
Routines have been developed to include two phases in grey, two phases in grey
with particles, two phases in colour, two phases in colour with particles, three phases in grey,
three phases in grey with particles, three phases in colour, three phases in colour with
particles, upto five phases in colour and upto five phases in grey
The parametes that are measured during the course of the analysis include area, length, perimeter,
mean horizontal and vertical chord, area percentage, count, density, aspect ration and more...
Particle Analysis
The particle sizing package could accurately be used for bubbles, cross
section of fibres, rough particles, blood cells, smooth particles, spheres in liquids and
spheres.
The operator is offered the following parameters that are measured area, count, circumference,
diameter, length, width, feret average, sphericity, roundness, aspect ratio and more...
Layer Thickness Analysis
The layer thickness package is accurate with multiple layers, one layer of
porous coating, one layer of regular coating, two layers of different coating types, and two layers
of the same type and more...
