Brillant 265 Cut To Length Cutters

The Brillant 265 wet abrasive cut-off machine is now available to be supplied with a range of automatic material feeding devices.

Feed stock up to 60mm in diameter can be processed using this machine. The maximum feed rate is 30mm/sec with an accuracy of 0.1mm. The feed unit is completely enclosed and is equipped with a safety switch.

All Brillant wet abrasive cut-off machines are constructed using welded steel and powder coated aluminium plate, making them sturdy and rugged for the cutting environment.

The Brillant 265 is adapted with pneumatic clamping devices, central greasing for low maintenance, and variable size feeders depending on your requirements.

The system can also be offered with a belt filter system which increases water capacity and assists in the overall maintenance of the solution. These machines offer a perfect solution in most applications.
