Our Brillant wet abrasive cut-off machines separate and section most different materials and shapes. To get perfect results at any time we offer a wide range of clamping variations and tools.
Each machine is available in two versions, manual or automatic, and both include a variety of operation functions.
All Brillant wet abrasive cut-off machines are constructed using welded steel and powder coated aluminium plate, making them sturdy and rugged for the cutting environment.
The Brillant 200, 230 & 250 share the same high quality construction, spacious cutting chambers and numerous clamping options. These machines offer a perfect solution in most applications.
Brillant 200
The Brillant 200 is an especially user-friendly wet abrasive cut-off machine with manual cut-off. Opening the machine folds away the hood to the inside so that the whole cutting chamber is
easily accessible. The round window opens a wide field of view during the cutting process. The cutting wheel cooling is integrated directly into the wheel guarding cover.
The large, stainless table is equipped with
replaceable wearing plates. Transverse grooves allow optimized alignment of clamping vices (e. g. clamping vice 80). Clamping round specimens for example is now made easy with the option “vertical clamping vice”.
Through an opening at the side of the robust and vibration-cushioned
Aluminum construction you can also insert extra long
material.

Brillant 230
The Brillant 230 is a wet abrasive cut-off machine with fine
dynamic, manual wheel movement into samples up to Ø 110 mm.
The spacious cutting chamber allows various clamping variations.
The solid aluminium design comes with openings on the right and
left hand side for cutting continuous long parts.

Brillant 250
The Brillant 250 is a powerful, versatile and reliable wet
abrasive cut-off machine for samples up to max. Ø 110 mm.
The large cutting chamber enables a wide range of clamping
possibilities.
For especially long materials, the generously dimensioned and
solid aluminium construction is equipped with a side entrance.
The unit offers automatic traverse cut and manual cut-off. The
Brillant 250 is available in various models for meeting various
demands. The E-Model with automatic process sequence and
operation via electronic control is not only easy but also clearly
arranged.

Brillant 255
The universal wet abrasive cut off machine Brillant 255 with
manual travel and fine dynamic cuting allows precise, soft touch
cutting with 2 axes in arbitrary directions (Y/X axis) and can be
equipped with a manual Z-axis for parallel serial cuts (option).
Side openings allow cutting continuous long parts in the
spacious cutting chamber of this solid and powder-coated
aluminium construction.
Complex geometric shaped samples can be fixed securely on the
T-slot table using our reliable clamping systems.
The vibration reducing design of the cutting arm allows a low
noise cutting process.
Our approved LED cutting chamber illumination is energy
saving, damage resistant and guarantees optimum illumination
of the cutting chamber.

The universal wet-abrasive cut-off machine Brillant 265
with automatic travel and cut-off allows precise, soft touch cutting
with 2 axes in arbitrary directions (Y/X axis) and can be
equipped with an automatic or manual Z-axis for parallel
serial-cuts (option).
The built in electronic control with LCD clearly shows the progress
of the current cutting cycle.
The large cutting chamber of solid, powder coated aluminum
construction is easily accessible through sliding front and side
doors. Complex geometric shaped samples can be fi xed securely

Brillant 210
The Brillant 210 is a precision wet abrasive cut-off
machine with manual Z-axis. The cutting force can be set via the
load applied on the pivoting arm. In the cutting chamber of the
robust Aluminium construction, the different sample arms can be
exchanged simply and easily. The special sample holder can be
removed with the clamped sample.

Brillant 220
The Brillant 220 is an adaptable precision wet abrasive cut-off machine, which is especially suited for exact cutting of small parts with different geometries.
For thin sections and small unmounted samples our vacuum clamping system can be used
The cutting chamber of the robust aluminium construction is highly transparent and easily accessible. Cut-off wheels are easily exchanged and precision grinding with pot wheels is possible with an adaptor.
The automatic process sequence can be clearly and easily defined. The automatic traverse cut with pulsed function enables a gentle cutting process.
