ClemexCare offers you peace of mind through unlimited technical support, product updates and exclusive customer content.
Once past the first year of technical support provided with all Clemex Imaging Software, customers would normally access Clemex’s dedicated support team at an hourly rate of £100 (with a minimum of 4 hours). Now, for an annual subscription, Clemex will provide customers with an all-inclusive, comprehensive support plan.
Unlimited technical support
You and your staff will have unlimited phone, fax, email and online access to Clemex’s dedicated team of experienced software engineers and application specialists, who will work quickly and tirelessly with you to resolve any imaging software problem.
Generally between major upgrades there are approximately 25 partial upgrades and patches. These updates are provided free to ClemexCare subscribers and are installable instantly and painlessly from a dedicated, password protected customer support area on Clemex website.
Exclusive online customer content
ClemexCare members will have password protected, exclusive access to the Clemex Customer extranet, which is packed with time-saving image analysis tips and techniques, application articles and user forums to help you find even better ways to get the best out of your imaging package.
