These dual spindle machines allow for the sectioning of a component in a single cut
The CK-2S-60 has a maximum cutting diameter of 60mm using 305mm cut off wheels based on 2 x 3HP motors. The spindle travel distances are 200mm for the left and right and 260mm for the feed travel distance. All controlled by a 7” HMI Touch Panel. Maximum specimen length is 480mm
If larger capacity is required then the CK-2S-100 will cater for samples up to 100mm in diameter using a 406mm wheel and 2 x 10HP motors. The left and right spindles travel 220mm and the feed travel is 460mm. The CK-2S-100 is suitable for components up to 3500mm in length
